Production data

Harvested by hand, selecting the grapes, it is cold fermented between 16º-18ºC. Once fermentation is complete, the txakolí is kept on its own lees like a newborn, until it grows and can live on its own.

CATA's notes

This txakoli is made exclusively with Hondarrabi Zuri. Intense aroma of white flowers and very fresh. On the palate, round, velvety with a long aftertaste. Crystalline white with green trim.
