Producer's Notes: 100% Savagnin. This wine must age, with a veil of yeast to protect it, at least 7 years in old barrels before bottling. 40% of the wine evaporates during the ageing process. 100% Savagnin. One of the most powerful and concentrated wines in the world. Very complex with unique flavours.
Uncork 3 or 4 hours before tasting.
Serving temperature 15 to 18.
Excellent with foie gras, scallops, lobster, fishes, spiced cuisine, old parmesan or cheddar.
