Blend: sauvignon blanc (50%), pinot gris (50%)
Wine Maker's Notes:
The latest in our evolving pursuit into the Petillant Naturel style. This vintage draws on a few new components in an attempt to offer even more delicious immediate spring balance. The juice is simply blended and co-fermented with wild yeast and zero additives or filtration. The wine bottled with only natural sugar and yeast in suspension, which you will find as sediment in the finished wine.
Producer's Tasting Note:
Pear and biscuit flavours with a touch of citrus and herb. Relatively generous mouthfeel with yeast derived characters. Enjoy simply over the next few years.
