Producer's Notes: This wine is made from Riesling grapes left to dessicate on the vine through late autumn. Further concentrations of sugars and acids occurs when the berries are partially frozen by the first deep frosts of the season. Selectively harvested and gently pressed, these clusters produce a sweet wine with an ideal balance of luscious fruit flavours and crisp acidity.

This off-dry wine offers aromas and flavors of apples and honey. It is balanced enough that it could be paired with spicy Asian noodle dishes, as there is ample acidity to curtail some of the sweetness. It is finished with 75 g/L residual sugar.
