With ripe red and dark fruit characters, hints of earthiness and a savoury complexity, this well-structured Premium Reserve Pinot Noir has flavours of perfectly ripe sweet cherry and mulberry fruit. The palate has fine interwoven tannins, delicate and yet intense in the mouth. Clean and rounded with a delightful juicy finish.

Proudly made from only the best selected South Eastern Australian wine grapes, this premium alcohol removed wine contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume well below the international standard for non-intoxicating and a level similar to that found in natural fruit juices.

 This earthy Pinot Noir is one of our most versatile wines to pair with food—from fresh spring vegetables to rich paté, you can serve this wine with a huge range of dishes. It’s especially good with duck, seared salmon or tuna, roast white meats and goat cheese.
