Producer's Notes:
Ewine is made with 100% garnacha blanca from old vines -60 years old- in “panal” soils (fossilized sand dunes) with extremely low yields. Grapes are fermented in French oak 500 l. barrels and then aged for 8 months.

Tasting: Complex and mineral aromas with hydrocarbon notes. Powerful palate, balanced with a well integrated acidity that will bring to the wine a long life. Full bodied, silky, long, persistent and elegant.
