Rich, fragrant nose with aromas of mellow fruit and hints of honey and oak. Full body; velvety palate and long flavoursome finish.

Taylor Fladgate pioneered dry white aperitif port more than 60 years ago under the Chip Dry label, first blended in 1934. The Special White Port is a much sweeter version. You can drink in the traditional way, chilled in the classic port wine glass on its own, with tonic water or a twist of lemon, accompanied by roasted almonds, olives or dry biscuits. There’s a floral anise flavour with just a touch of oak and caramel in the finish. A fun and decidedly different drink.
