Winemaker's Notes: A cornucopia of ripe plum, blueberry, leather, straw and cola make for a fruity, earthy nose with a hint of the “sauvage”.  A sip is silky-smooth with medium weight, and flavours of dark field berries, sage, black olive and caramel.
