Origin: Fronton, Languedoc-Roussillon, France
Blend: negrette (70%), syrah (20%), cabernet (10%)
The vessel commissioning is done by simple gravity and without crushing. Each variety is separately vinified traditionally for about 3 weeks. The wine is made in concrete vats of small capacity, allowing better control of temperatures (25-28 °). Ageing lasts 12 to 18 months with different varieties assembled.
With its brilliant, this classic wine has a nose of black fruit, toast and spice. Mouth, surprising character, not cheating. There you find aromatic intensity and peppery character. Spices are very present on the palate, giving it a remarkable persistence.
