A unique semi-sweet traditional mead fermented of our Niagara Escarpment Wildflower Honey, then barrel aged for 6 months before being spiced using a special selection of ingredients.

Autumn and winter vibes wrapped in warm layers of honey and ginger spice.

Makes a perfect fireside sipper or mulled mead option.

Hand bottled and dipped.
