When we consume beverages that are healthier for our body and mind, we feel more empowered and connected to our souls. Our brü is soulfully curated for both flavour and functionality, creating a novel social experience.

We produce in small batches in Winnipeg, Manitoba: 

• no artificial flavours and sweetener
• no refined sugar
  
• 0% alcohol
• non distilled for flavour and functionality 

We use natural food preservatives to ensure shelf life stability. Our elixir does not need to be refrigerated until opened. Once opened, consume within 8 weeks for optimal taste and functionality.

RESTORE with REISHI MUSHROOMS 

Inspired by ancient herbal remedies for detox and liver support, we have soulfully curated these adaptogenic reishi mushrooms and herbs. These contain phytonutrients that can increase the body's ability to resist the damaging effects of stress and promote or restore normal physiological functioning - quite the opposite effect of alcohol. In addition to supporting the liver, some of these herbs are used to support digestion and the immune system due to their high antioxidant levels. 

Our Restore brü delivers a bold, authentic and evolving flavour profile throughout the taste experience.  In order to stimulate the complexity of alcohol, greater top notes have been created as well as more balanced bitterness and a developing burn; or what we call "the bite."
