Producer's notes: The continued evolution of Stratus Chardonnay.

Cool climate │ low yield │ hand harvested │ fermented and aged in only old French oak  bottled unfined, unfiltered, on the lees. The story is deep before it has even reached the glass.

Lofty aromas of ripe pear and peach blend with floral jasmin and mango, while notes of cream and vanilla lay in the background. Dry with trademark Niagara acidity the palate is balanced by a silky texture and rounded fruit. A level of complexity is achieved here that elevates this to a truly great bottle of wine.
