Appearance: yellow robe with some gold trace
Nose: intense and complex. Exotic fruit (Mango, pineapple), white flower (acacia), rose grapefruit, almond, nut, oak notes.
Palate: unctuous, fatness, wide in the palate. Dry apricot, exotic fruits, citronella, brioche. Good length based on the flavors.
Food Pairing: Cool temperature 11°C (52°F).
Aperitif. Scallop. Fish cooked citrus sauce. Soft goat cheese. Sweetbreads.
Can be aged up to 15 years.
