Nose: fresh and delicate, based on a floral expression (peony), fesh fruit (raspberry, strawberry). 
Palate: refreshing, funny, fruity (raspberry). Upright style. Mineral on the final. 
Consumption: Cool temperature 8°C (47°F).
Can be aged up to 2 years, and better in the first year.
