August 31: Pause

So much of our days are spent being on the go. The last days of summer signal us to make the most of the warm days and to start slowing down our activity. Embrace the call to be present in the moment. Take a break to pause and tune into our bodies, allowing for the new to emerge.

Regular Ticket Price Includes 3 Bottles of Wine & Yoga Class!

We will email you the details once you have registered! Zoom accounts are free, and the installation link is in the event's invitation email.
Schedule: 6:45 log-in, 7:00 class starts; 60 minute yoga class led by Into Nature, 5 minute pause, 20-30 minute three wine education class led by KWM.

Registration and wine delivery:

If you are wanting wine delivery, please register online by Tuesday, August 29th, 2023 - we’re flexible but we will need time to get you the wine! Contactless delivery within Winnipeg is included but if it is easier for you to pop by and pick up the wine let us know. 

Class includes:

• • 60 minute yoga class. Take some time for yourself and release the tensions of the day. Through a gentle practice that is done entirely on the floor, the classes focus on the fundamentals and breath-work. Suitable for all levels. Please bring two (2)  blankets or beach towels to support your practice.
• 20-30 minute post-yoga wine class. 3 bottles of wine are included in regular ticket price.
  

For the yoga portion you will need:

• Your yoga mat
• Your water bottle
• 2 blankets or 2 beach towels or bolsters to support your practice

For the wine portion you will need:

• The 3 wines (included in reg. price - we will deliver them before the event)
• Water bottle or glass of water
• Wine glasses for sampling
• Corkscrew to open the wines
• Wine tasting sheet KWM will send the sheet with the wines.
• Food: on the wine tasting sheet we’ll have some snack suggestions, if you so desire. If not, we recommend bread as a palate cleanser in between the wines

Class is restricted to 18+ only (alcohol included in ticket price).

Cancellation Policy:
Kenaston Wine Market will refund tickets in full if cancellation is received by phone or email 72 hours before the event. Cancellations received within the 72 hours leading up to the event are not eligible for refund.
