RETURNS, EXCHANGES and REFUNDS
All persons placing orders, accepting deliveries or returning wine for exchange or store credit must be 18 years of age or older. The same requirements as to proof of age will also apply at the time of returning wine for exchange or store credit.
It is necessary to contact us in advance about returning or exchanging an item and you will need to provide us with a reason for your return. You may contact us via phone, email or Canada Post.

Refunds will be processed only with original purchase receipt for the value of the product(s). Product(s) may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of original delivery date.* We regret that Kenaston Wine Market & KWM Online cannot refund shipping charges. Refunds will be credited to the payment card used for the original purchase.
