Shipping policy

Delivery is available in the City of Winnipeg & surrounding communities within a thirty minute drive of the Perimeter Highway. At KWM Online we will try to deliver your order in the quickest manner possible. Arrival date will depend upon your exact location. The charge for delivery is $9.99 for orders under $100 before tax.

Upon delivery or in-store pick-up you will be asked to present valid photo identification and the credit card used to pay for the order. By using this website, you are indicating that the person(s) receiving a shipment of wine/alcohol from KWM is over the age of 18. Upon delivery, if the person(s) receiving the wine/alcohol is unable to provide valid proof of age, (valid acceptable form of photo identification) KWM or its delivery agent will be unable to leave the wine/alcohol. The order will be returned to KWM and the original charge card will be refunded for the amount of the purchase.

Orders from KWM Online are usually delivered by our delivery driver during the hours of 9:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Same-day delivery is not available for online orders. If you would like a same-day delivery, please contact the store directly at 1-204-488-9463 before 12 noon Central Time.
