Producer's Notes: Clos des Fous is about growing vines from  Chile's fresh, yet extreme places. Subsollum, which means underneath the soil, represents the combination of two very unique terroirs. Bringing them together creates this harmonious yet complex Pinot Noir. Following the burgundy philosophy, our focus is to achieve wines with minimal intervention, letting the vineyards express themselves.
