Producer's notes: Inky, deep, purple in the glass with aromas of spiced plum, dark chocolate and cedar, with notes of vanilla . On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied with flavours of chocolate covered raspberries, leather, charred toast, herbs, cedar and spice with balancing acidity and ripe tannins. The finish is long and complex with drying tannins and notes of leather. Enjoy on release with roast red meats. Decant to allow the wine to fully express its complexities. The wine will continue to develop with medium-to-long-term cellaring.
