Bialento blends Malvasia and Fiano to create a wine that balances Mediterranean freshness with subtle richness. The nose shows delicate aromas of pear, citrus and white flowers, with gentle herbal and floral nuances that recall Muscat-like aromatics. On the palate it is crisp and lively, offering fresh orchard fruit and citrus flavours supported by vibrant acidity and a clean, mineral-tinged finish.
