Deep yellow flecked with gold. The wine evokes sunshine and ripe tropical fruit such as mango and papaya, carefully balanced by a marked acidity which makes it suitable for long bottle aging. Rich, ample and lingering on the palate with light floral and spicy notes. Hallmarked by its pronounced acidity and zesty tang. A long finish.

This elegantly crafted white from Casale del Giglio offers a compelling expression of the ancient Bellone grape - cultivated in the windswept vineyards behind Anzio on the coast of Lazio (near Rome). Farmed with care and vinified to highlight freshness and minerality, it’s a white made with both place and drinkability in mind. 

On the nose, you’ll find golden-yellow colour flecked with hints of mango, papaya, and citrus blossom; the coastal influence and bright acidity add freshness and definition. 

On the palate, the wine is rich yet vibrant: medium body, pronounced acidity, stone fruit and tropical notes, and a long, lingering mineral finish that makes it both flavoursome and food-friendly.
