Producer's Notes: 

n the glass, opaque ruby colour with a purple hue. The nose immediately reveals an autumnal bouquet of dried bay leaves and ripe berries, supported by smoky undertones. The palate is now showing the perfect integration of power and tannins, with fresh herbs and a hint of cassis and fresh cherries. Silky yet structured, the wine seamlessly combines power and elegance and captivates with a long finish marked by elegant notes of earthy forest floor and spice.

Light, fresh and effortlessly drinkable, this cool-climate red blend leans into bright red fruits including cherry, cranberry and a touch of blackcurrant, lifted by dried herbs, bay leaf and a subtle smoky note. The palate is silky and medium-light in weight, with smooth tannins and a lively acidity that keeps everything vibrant and food-friendly. Built around Cabernet Franc with supporting grapes such as Gamay (and others depending on the vintage), it’s made in a clean, stainless steel-driven style to preserve freshness and purity, finishing soft, savoury and gently spiced.
