Produced from 100% Petit Verdot, this limited-edition wine comes from a single organically farmed vineyard in the El Carche area of Jumilla. The grapes are gently pressed immediately after harvest, with virtually no skin contact, allowing the clear juice to retain its white colour while capturing the variety's unique aromatic profile. The limestone and clay soils at the foot of the Sierra del Carche, combined with careful temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, preserve the wine's freshness and purity. It's a rare and innovative expression of Petit Verdot that demonstrates both the versatility of the grape and Bodegas Bleda's commitment to exploring the full potential of their vineyards.
