Cantine Ermes’ “No Compromise” Orange wine is a fresh, organic expression from Sicily driven by respect for terroir and minimal intervention. It’s made from 100% Carricante, producing a distinctive orange-style wine that balances freshness, aromatics and gentle textural complexity. 

On the nose you’ll find bright aromas of white-flower blossom, fresh citrus (lemon or orange peel), hints of apple and perhaps a delicate herbal lift reminiscent of Mediterranean scrub.  On the palate the wine shows lively acidity and a refreshing mineral-tinged backbone; flavours include citrus and orchard fruit, with subtle honeyed or floral notes that give it softness and charm - balanced, light but expressive.
