Producer's Notes:
Aromas of red fruits, compotes, cherry and plums. Great structure in the mouth, aromatic, intense and fresh, with a great fruit load.

Bright, fruity, and full of Mediterranean warmth, Casa de la Ermita Tinto is an easygoing introduction to the bold flavours of Jumilla. Made primarily from Monastrell - the region’s signature grape - this cuvée focuses on freshness and pure, juicy fruit, offering excellent everyday drinkability.
The nose is inviting, with notes of ripe red berries, plum, and a touch of blackberry, backed by subtle hints of spice and wild herbs. On the palate, the wine is smooth and medium-bodied, with soft tannins, lively acidity, and a clean, lightly spicy finish. It’s uncomplicated in the best way: flavourful, balanced, and incredibly versatile.
