Lush, aromatic and wonderfully expressive, Aphrodisium is Casale del Giglio’s homage to the great sweet wines of the world, balancing richness with remarkable freshness. The nose is filled with aromas of apricot, peach, candied citrus and tropical fruit, intertwined with orange blossom, acacia honey and delicate floral notes. The palate is luxuriously textured yet beautifully vibrant, with layers of ripe stone fruit, honey and citrus peel lifted by lively acidity that keeps the wine fresh and elegant through to a long, lingering finish.

Made from Petit Manseng, Viognier, Greco and Fiano, the grapes are harvested late to maximise concentration while preserving natural acidity. Each variety contributes its own character: Petit Manseng provides structure and freshness, Viognier adds perfume and richness, while the two native Italian varieties bring complexity and Mediterranean character. The result is a beautifully balanced dessert wine that offers richness without heaviness and complexity without excess.
