Chapuis Aloxe-Corton Pinot Noir 2020 - Burgundy, France

A classic Pinot Noir from the historic Aloxe-Corton appellation, showing the finesse and terroir clarity Burgundy lovers seek. The 2020 vintage offers bright red fruit aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry and raspberry compote with subtle savoury hints of earth, herbs and forest floor that add complexity without weight. On the palate it’s medium-bodied and lively, with fresh acidity and fine, powdery tannins that frame the fruit beautifully, leading to a clean, lingering finish. Elegant and balanced, it reflects both the cooler hillside influence of Aloxe-Corton and Chapuis’s meticulous approach.
