On the nose: red cherry, wild raspberry, rose petal, a touch of earth and subtle baking spice. On the palate: refined and vibrant medium-bodied Pinot with fine tannins, bright acidity, juicy red-fruit flavours, a mineral-led finish, and a clarity that speaks of high-quality hillside sites.
