Origin: Muscadet Cotes de Grand Lieu, Loire Valley, France
Varietal: Melon de Bourgogne
Producer's note: Coming from the best terroirs, our Muscadet Côtes de Grand Lieu sur Lie Château de la Grange feeds all winter on its lees (natural fermentation yeasts) which rest at the bottom of the vat and give it an inimitable property, “beading” : this net of tiny bubbles gives the wine a welcome stability. Wine with a pale gold color, very bright and clear. Floral and fine nose enhanced by some mineral notes. Slightly tangy attack with good freshness and a very full mouthfeel. Presence of a pearliness characteristic of long aging on lees.
Serve between 10-12°C.
