Producer's Notes: Produced in limited quantities, it is the subtle blend of aged Cognac and rigorously selected Merlot and Cabernet grape juice.

After several years of aging in French Oak Barrels, it reaches a harmonious balance and fullness.

It has a beautiful amber colour with hints of gold which reveals subtle aromas of apricot, honey and raisin. It's sweet taste is a charming and elegant balance of grape juice flavours and cognac aromas.

Served as an aperitif it is also delicious with blue cheeses, fruit based desert and chocolat.
