Fresh, crisp and made for celebration, Chic Barcelona Brut is a classic traditional-method Cava with bright citrus, lime and green apple aromas, followed by clean white fruit and a lively, refreshing finish. The bubbles are fine and persistent, giving it a little elegance beyond its easygoing price point, while the palate stays dry, zesty and uncomplicated in the best possible way. There’s a gentle orchard-fruit roundness beneath the citrus snap, making it just as useful for casual aperitivo sipping as it is for party pours.

Made from the traditional 'Cava trio' of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, the grapes are hand-harvested in the Penedès region outside Barcelona, then vinified separately before undergoing secondary fermentation in bottle. The wine spends at least 12 months on the lees, adding a little texture and refinement while keeping the focus on freshness, bright fruit and clean, celebratory fizz.
