Origin: Barossa Valley, Australia
Producer's notes: Opaque red-black with crimson rim. A dramatic punch of Cedar vanillin gives way to whiffs of chocolate and red berry compote. Top notes of cinnamon spice and hints of prune complete the experience. The structure has a medium to full body underpinned with moderate acidity. The tannins are supple and ripe, with excellent persistence.
Decant up to 5 hours before serving. Can be cellared for 10+ years.
