The wine at its heart comes from local Cortese grapes (same grape used for Gavi DOCG), which is then married with lemon peels and Piedmontese mint as well as botanicals such as wormwood, angelica, coriander and cardamom for a fragrant and perfectly balanced character.

Crisp, aromatic and beautifully composed, this modern-classic dry vermouth balances freshness with layered botanical complexity. It opens with notes of green apple, melon and citrus peel, lifted by delicate white flowers and a subtle herbal brightness. Beneath that, you’ll find a finely tuned mix of botanicals - cardamom, wormwood, coriander, angelica, mint and lemon peel - bringing both aromatic lift and a gently bitter, savoury edge.

The palate is clean and elegant, with a light-bodied feel and a precise, dry finish that carries citrus zest, herbs and a faint saline snap. Made from a Cortese wine base and crafted in Piemonte, it’s designed to shine both on its own and in classic cocktails.
