It opens with notes of passion fruit, grapefruit and a hint of banana alongside ripe pear and apple, giving it a bright yet rounded aromatic profile. The palate is crisp and balanced, with lively acidity cutting through the fruit while a gentle softness keeps it easy and approachable, finishing long, clean and surprisingly expressive for the price.
Made as a youthful, stainless steel–focused wine to preserve freshness and aromatics, the blend (typically around 60% Macabeo and 40% Sauvignon Blanc) is harvested and fermented at controlled temperatures to maintain its vibrant fruit character and clean profile.
