Straw yellow in colour. Light and delicate on the nose, characterised by a subtle elegant floral nuance followed by hints of golden delicious apples and distinctive vegetal notes.
Dry and medium-bodied, the palate faithfully reflects the nose, being tangy and satisfying, while at the same time simple and exceedingly enjoyable.

Fresh, clean and effortlessly useful, Corte Giara Pinot Grigio is exactly the kind of bright northern Italian white that earns its place in the fridge. It opens with pear, green apple and citrus, lifted by white flowers and a subtle smoky-mineral nuance. The palate is dry, lively and easygoing, with crisp fruit, refreshing acidity and a fine, gently grippy texture that keeps it more satisfying than simple. It finishes clean and bright, with enough delicacy for aperitivo drinking and enough freshness to work beautifully with food.

Made from 100% Pinot Grigio under Allegrini’s Corte Giara label, the wine comes from the Delle Venezie DOC and is vinified to preserve freshness, clarity and varietal character. This is cool, clean winemaking with ageing in stainless steel and a short period in bottle before release, keeping the focus on crisp orchard fruit, citrus and drinkability rather than oak or weight.
