Côté Mas Rosé Aurore - Pays d’Oc, France
Bright, vibrant and made for sharing, Côté Mas Rosé Aurore is a Mediterranean rosé with plenty of sunshine in its personality. Aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and pink grapefruit leap from the glass, joined by hints of watermelon, white flowers and a touch of fresh herbs. The palate is crisp and refreshing, balancing juicy red berry fruit with lively acidity and a clean, dry finish. Light on its feet but full of flavour, it’s exactly the sort of rosé that feels at home on a patio, picnic table or dinner table.
Produced by Domaines Paul Mas in the Languedoc, Aurore is crafted from a blend of southern French varieties selected for freshness, aromatics and easy-drinking appeal. Cool fermentation in stainless steel preserves the wine’s bright fruit and floral character, while the generous 1L bottle format makes it ideal for gatherings, celebrations and warm-weather entertaining.
Grape Variety: Nominally Grenache, Cinsault & Syrah - ratios vary by vintage and in some years it may contain additional varietals either instead of or in addition to those three in order to maintain a consistent blend from bottle to bottle
