De Andres Sisters 'Baixa Sirena' Albariño - Rias Baixas, Spain
Vibrant, bone-dry, and richly flavoured, this Spanish Albariño offers a clean, energized, and mineral-driven pour combining the taste of satin-silk texture, balanced by medium-high acidity and aromas of green apple flavors layered with white peach, guava and the best part, a chalky Atlantic breeze.
Hand-harvested from parcels across the three main subzones of Rìas Baixas (Val do Salnés, O Rosal, and Condado do Tea), which are each vinified separately with native yeasts and rested on the lees for three months. A classic example of Spanish Albariño, it's fresh and relaxing, with verve and stony, saline minerality.
Grape Variety: 100% Albariño
Style: White - Bone-dry, light-to-medium-bodied, smooth texture, and bright acidity
Drink Window: Now - 3 years
Perfect For: Green Salads tossed with citrus dressings and fresh herbs, grilled shrimp or prawns, freshly shucked oysters, and grilled fish or classic fish and chips
An Atlantic-influenced Albariño that balances vibrant citrus and green apple notes, delivering a pure, refreshing taste of the Spanish coast.
