Producer's Notes: The wine has a soft pink salmon hue ranging into an apricot colour. White flowers on the nose with peach, stone fruit, and mineral notes opening up to aromas of cantelopes, honey dew, manuka and talcum. The front palate is soft and rich with lush cheeks. The mid palate adds a bit of baking spice and brambly fruit. The finish is bright and crisp making this rosé an excellent for a range of food pairings like Vietnamese Pho or grilled salmon with lemon herb butter.
