It captures the grape’s naturally pale colour, delicate aromatics, and refined mineral backbone, all wrapped in a fresh, lively style perfect for warm-weather drinking.
The nose is fragrant and inviting, with notes of wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, pomegranate, and rose petals. On the palate, it’s crisp and silky - light-bodied with vibrant acidity, gentle red-berry flavours, and a subtle saline twist that reflects its mountainous Sicilian origins.
