Produced from Sauvignon Blanc vines averaging approximately 30 years of age, Alliance brings together Sancerre’s three principal soil types: 72% limestone “caillottes,” 20% clay-limestone “terres blanches” and 8% flint. This combination gives the wine freshness, texture and aromatic complexity. Domaine de la Garenne is certified organic and incorporates biodynamic practices, careful soil cultivation and controlled yields. Grapes are harvested according to maturity before fermentation and maturation on the fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, preserving the wine’s clarity and vibrant character.
