Producer's Notes: This vintage is made from Chardonnay from an old vine whose vinification by topping up gives a floral type wine. The presence in the soil of fossils called Gryphées gave its name to this vintage. Nose : The vinification method (the wine is aged on its lees for twelve months) means that we are in the presence of a wine of great finesse; the nose quickly reveals its charms: aromas of apricots, green apple and liquorice. Palate : The olfactory palette is completed by a rich palate which displays a strong aromatic presence in tones of honey, acacia flower and liquorice, with great persistence.
