A spicy, vibrant Pinot Noir from the Côte de Beaune that highlights Chorey-les-Beaune’s approachable but refined character. Aromas bring ripe red cherry, raspberry and hints of earth and forest floor, flowing into a palate that’s medium-bodied and fresh with bright acidity and soft, finely-textured tannins. There’s a lifted purity of fruit and a lightly savoury finish that makes this both approachable now and capable of short-term cellaring - a lovely expression of old-vine Burgundian Pinot from a grower whose Côtes de Nuits bottlings are revered.
