A richly textured and expressive Pinot Noir from one of Gevrey-Chambertin’s most acclaimed producers. The 2021 Cœur de Roy opens with lifted aromas of red and dark berries, orange peel, floral notes and subtle spice, leading into a medium-to-full-bodied palate that marries concentration with finesse. The Vieilles Vignes (old vines) contribute extra depth and complexity, with supple tannins and vibrant acidity carrying the wine through a lingering, refined finish. A great example of modern Burgundy that balances village-level brightness with old-vine depth and structure.
