Origin: Dugat-Py; Pommard, Côte-d'Or, Burgundy, France
Varietal: Pinot Noir
Producer's Notes: Supplemented by old vines formerly belonging to Domaine Newman that happen to be adjacent to Dugat-Py's parcel, the 2019 Pommard La Levrière unwinds in the glass with aromas of dark berries, woodsmoke, rich soil tones, espresso roast and spices. Medium to full-bodied, muscular and layered, it's deep and concentrated, framed by velvety tannins and lively acids.
