Producer's Notes: El Convertido (The Convert) is the story of how the world's largest vine growing region, Castilla, is gradually converting to a more sustainable future. The high plateau vines, with low rainfall and drying winds, makes this land ideal for organic viticulture. El Convertido is bottled in the De Haan Altés winery where most of the energy has been generated from our own solar panels.
