Producer's Notes: Truly unique, especially to this variety that is often thought of as so sweet. Ours isn't sweet however, gewurztraminer when left alone has a lovely softness. We embrace the soft, smooth and delicate nature of this variety. Very aromatic, like walking into a meadow of wild flowers. Orchard pear, soft white peach and clean honeydew melon with a refreshing and slight spiced apple. This wine will draw you in with every sip.
