Truly unique, especially to this variety that is often thought of as so sweet. Ours isn't sweet however, Gewurztraminer when left alone has a lovely softness. We embrace the soft, smooth and delicate nature of this variety. Very aromatic, like walking into a meadow of wild flowers. Orchard pear, soft white peach and clean honeydew melon with a refreshing and slight spiced apple. This wine will draw you in with every sip.

The nose is captivating yet graceful, with notes of lychee, white peach, rose petal, and ginger, lifted by a clean thread of coastal minerality. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and textural - light to medium-bodied with bright acidity, subtle spice, and a long, delicately aromatic finish. It’s expressive without being heavy, and beautifully balanced.
