Ferrero Toscana Rosato is a lively, fruit-forward rosé from the hills of Montalcino, known for Sangiovese’s bright acidity and red-fruit flavours. This wine is refreshing and easy to enjoy, with a balanced mix of fruit and crisp acidity that carries through the finish. Ripe strawberry, red cherry, and other summer berries lead the aromas, with hints of citrus zest and subtle green herbs adding a delicate savoury element. Bright acidity and vibrant character carry the palate, while the fruit carries through to a persistent, refreshing finish.
This Rosato is produced with attention to preserving freshness and the grapes' natural character. The grapes are hand-harvested, then briefly macerated on the skins in stainless-steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine rests on its fine lees for about two months, supporting balance and texture while preserving the Rosato's fresh, fruit-centric style.
