Finca Sophenia “Inconsciente” Sauvignon Blanc - Tupungato, Uco Valley, Argentina
Producer's Notes:
Yellowish-green in color, the primary aromas are floral, then characteristic notes of citrus peel such as lime, kumquat, and pink grapefruit appear. Notes of pineapple and orange blossom appear in the remaining time in the glass. The palate is balanced in acidity and sweetness. The mid-palate is mineral.
What we say:
Fresh, zesty, and full of high-altitude vibrancy, Inconsciente is Finca Sophenia’s more expressive take on Sauvignon Blanc - crafted from cool, mountain vineyards in the heart of the Uco Valley. The result is a crisp, aromatic white with real precision and lift.
The nose opens with bright notes of lime, grapefruit, green apple, and a touch of passionfruit, accented by subtle herbal and mineral hints. On the palate, Inconsciente is clean and lively: light to medium bodied with vivid acidity, pure citrus flavours, and a refreshing, mouthwatering finish. It’s energetic without being sharp, making it wonderfully versatile.
