Producer's Notes: 

Deep ruby red color. Intense aromatic expression of ripe red fruits with menthol, spice, and eucalyptus notes. Elegant and full of character. Its aging in French oak imparts elegant smoky aromas combined with hints of vanilla. On the palate, it has a sweet entry with rounded tannins, great minerality, and a refreshing sensation.

Powerful, polished and unmistakably high-altitude, Synthesis Cabernet Sauvignon combines ripe fruit and generous structure with the freshness and mineral definition characteristic of Gualtallary. Aromas of cassis, blackberry and ripe red fruit are layered with notes of mint, eucalyptus, black pepper and graphite. French oak brings subtle accents of smoke and vanilla without obscuring the wine’s varietal character. The palate is full-bodied and concentrated, with rounded tannins, vibrant acidity and a cool mineral streak leading into a long, poised finish.

Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown at approximately 1,200 metres above sea level, the fruit comes from selected parcels planted on loose, highly permeable alluvial soils. Careful pruning, irrigation and canopy management help maintain naturally balanced vines and achieve concentrated, evenly ripened fruit. The grapes are harvested by hand in late April and selected in both the vineyard and winery before being transferred to tank by gravity. Following a four-day cold maceration, fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures, with further maceration determined by tasting. The wine is then matured for 12 months in French oak barrels.
