Rich purple-black in the glass with a fine purple rim, this wine opens with intensely pure aromas of black cherry, cassis, blackberry jam and crushed mint, lifted by violet perfume and subtle ripe tropical-fruit hints - elegant, concentrated and inviting.  On the palate it’s powerful yet refined: abundant dark-berry and bramble fruit is framed by taut, wiry tannins and vibrant acidity that lend structure and lift, while fresh berry flavours persist through a long, mineral-tinged finish.
